Faithfulness, loyalty and sharing are the biggest rules.
The cost sharings, market studies realized regularly, common clients visits and the participation to different international fairs are helping us in a global export turnover growth.

Our mission and our actions
Supporting our members in exporting, getting them started or consolidating their position is our main mission.
The main difficulty in exporting is finding the right partners: those with potential, who are reliable in business and financially solid.
The existing contact databases, which are enriched by each meeting, as well as the contacts and experience of each member, are all elements made available to members which, among other things, enable them to save time and improve their performance in this area.
The organization of collective stands at most major international trade fairs also enables members to access markets of interest to them at lower cost (often thanks to subsidies obtained).
Finally, when several members are aiming for commercial development in a country where trade shows are either non-existent or insufficiently targeted, we organize prospecting missions, accompanied by those of us who are most established there and have the best knowledge of the local market.

Outilex manufacturers export to over 120 countries on 5 continents through professional and consumer distribution channels.
The manufacturers’ sales and technical departments support the distributors and adapt the ranges to local needs, to improve the added value of the distribution partners.
Our organization
The group is run by a 7-member Board of Directors, including a Chairman and a Treasurer, all from member companies. The Board defines the main lines of action and decides on the association’s medium- and long-term direction.
Group management is organized and defined through:
– Preparing and organising actions (trade fairs, missions, etc.)
– Day-to-day management of the Group (meetings, AGMs, etc.)
– Internal and external communication in collaboration with the Chairman,
– Administrative management of the Group’s activities
– Contacting and integrating new members, in collaboration with the Chairman
